At ALXFIT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • All original tags and labels must be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products (e.g., personal items such as water bottles, underwear, or hygiene products) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
